Lytzen Stainless steel tray dryer with internal 1700mm long x 1800mm high x 950mm wide volume. Unit takes 2 trolleys each with 15 trays 802mm x 802mm x 50mm deep. Max steam temperature 110ºC heating coil rated 10 bar.g max. Exhaust fan 2.2 kW EEXd Zone I. Max air exchange 300m³/hr. All internals 304 stainless steel. Overall dimensions 915mm wide by 1660mm deep by 1800mm high. Originally designed to handle 200kgs of 40-50% wet cake. Unit complete with temperature controller, safety thermostat, steam trap, trolley and trays. Built Denmark 10/09/1999.
