Used 4540 litre working capacity 316L stainless steel reactor

Used Ardeth Engineering approx 4540 litre working capacity and 6440 litre total capacity 316L stainless steel vertical reactor. Internal diameter approx 1768 mm by 1942 mm on straight side. Has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated full vacuum/6 abr design pressure @ -25/250ºC. Has 316L stainless steel external jacket, 500 litre capacity rated at full vacuum/6 bar design pressure @ -25/+230ºC. Has 2-tier 4-blade pitched paddle and 6 – blade turbine stainless steel agitator. Direct driven by 30 kW 380/415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz 1470 rpm motor via Chemineer Model 4-HTNE-36 gearbox rated 27 kW and 1500 rpm at 163 rpm. Includes 4- baffles, mounted in support ring.
