Used Rosenmund 4 m² fitration area 316L stainless steel pressure nutsche filter dryer. Model RPD-4 with a filter plate diameter of 2380mm, vessel straight side of 1440mm giving approximately a 6700 litre working capacity and 2010 litre solids capacity. The vessel has a bolted dished top and welded flat bottom and is rated full vacuum/6.6 bar design pressure internally at -25/+180ºC, with a 120 litre capacity half pipe coil 316L heating jacket externally rated at full vacuum/6.6 bar design pressure internally at -25/+180ºC. Unit has a 120 litre capacity heated base rated at full vacuum/6.6 bar design pressure internally at -25/+180ºC., a 316L stainless steel heated paddle agitator, chain driven by a 7.5/15kW motor (EExd IIB T4).which can be raised/lowered hydraulically (500mm stroke). There is a 500mm diameter centre bottom discharge (no discharge tube)
