Used ~18200 litre vertical stainless steel jacketed mixing tank

Used ~18200 litre vertical 316L stainless steel jacketed mixing tank, ~2200 mm Ø x 4070 mm straight side. Agitated. Welded dished top, welded dish bottom. Vessel supported by 3 side mounted lugs approximately 1600mm down from the top tan line. Mild steel jacket. Vessel rated 0.1/-0.05 barg at 160ºC, jacket 6/-1 barg at 200ºC. Stelzer Type SNR 30/08 agitator drive has 3 sets of 2 angled blade paddles on shaft driven by 5.0kW 1425 rpm EEx d0 IIC T4, PTB 98 ATEX 1106, 2 speed motor through a Flender 25.01/1 gearbox giving 57 rpm agitator speed. Internally there are 2 baffles running the full length of the straight side of the vessel. Top head has an approximateley 500mm daimeter manway, 1 x 160mm, 1 x 150mm, 1 x 100mm, 2 x 75mm and 2 x 50mm diameter nozzles. Bottom head has 1 x 300mm central bottom outlet with air actuated flush bottom valve plus 1 x 80mm diameter outlet nozzle. Manufactured by Wilhelm Schulz Apparatebau GmbH Krefeld, Germany in 1989.
