Used Niro Spray dryer

Used Niro Type SD60 316 stainless steel spray dryer with F15 rotary atomiser powered by a 7.5 kW motor which produces approximately 185 kg/hr of powder and 250 kg/hr water evaporation. Chamber dimensions 4.5m dia x 3.45m with 60 deg. cone bottom section. Direct fired air heating giving inlet air temp range form 160 deg. C to 230 deg.C depending on product. The unit is complete with all ancillaries including ducting, cyclones, valves, air broom for sticky material, fans and scrubber. The support steel work is available.
