Used 5585 litre stainless steel 1.4571 reactor with steam jacket. Welded dished top, welded dished bottom, ~1768 mm iØ x 1792 mm straight side. Design pressure vessel 6/-1 bar.g, jacket 6/-1 bar.g , design temperature vessel 160 °C, jacket 200 °C. Stelzer 5.0kW agitator. 4 internal baffles. Veseel supported on 4 side lugs midway up side of vessel. Agitator is mounted on a 400mm diameter centre top nozzle, there is a 600mm manway, top nozzles include 3 x 100mm Ø, 2 x 50mm, 1 x 80mm, 1 x 300mm, 1 x 25/50. Bottom nozzles include 1 x 125mm centre discharge, 1 x80mm, 1 x 25mm condensate out. Steam inlet on side 50mm. Design code AD- Merkblatt, acceptance TÜV. Built 1989 by Wilhelm Schulz Gmbh, Germany.
