Used 35m² Schneider 316L stainless steel vacuum band dryer (ex hydrolised protein ). Complete system consisting of 4 zone, 4 band vacuum chamber with swivel loader, product scraping, dry product crusher and vacuum discharge gate. The unit has has a door at each end and 8 side doors for easy access for cleaning. Internal width 1500mm, internal height 1100mm, overall length 11000mm. Unit has 16 off 316L stainless steel heating plates rated for 6 bar steam with a heating area of 2.2m² each. Unit has 4 internal conveyor belts 1020mm wide, made of PTFE impregnated glass fibre ( fluor glass 0.25mm thickness). The belts are driven by variable speed drives.
