 Used 15,000 litre 304 stainless steel reactor. Vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom vessel with a diameter of 2650mm by 2500mm on the straight side, 500mm bottom dish depth and 600mm top dish. Connections include 1 x 200mm, 1 x 100mm, 2 x 80mm on the bottom and 1 x 500mm man way, 1 x150mm, 4 x 100mm, 4 x 80mm, 4 x 50mm, 2 x 25mm on the top. Design pressure of the vessel is 3 bar/FV internal and 6 bar in the internal coil. Vessel thickness is 13mm. Reactor is complete with 24 turns of 50mm stainless steel internal coil and a twin flighted Lightnin agitator and mechanical seal.
