Used 10 tonnes per day biodiesel production line made by Fuel Tech Ltd (UK) with a capcity of approx. 11750 litres per day. Built new in 2006 with some further modifications. the plant consists of the following items of equipment:

(1) oil preheat tank, capacity 1200 litres, including filter and anti-Ex. pump. (1) processor for transesterification reaction, capacity 500 litres, including dosing pump for chemicals (raoeseed oil, methanol, sodium methylate solution). (1) raw glycerine separator tank. (1) chiller. (1) mixing tank, capacity 10000 litres, to mix raw biodiesel with filtration additives. (1) methanol recovery tank. (1) stainless steel centrifugal filter. (2) dry wash resin columns, capacity 600 litres, including air pump. (1) mixing tank, capacity 10000 litres, to mix dried biodiesel with additives (for cetane number and cloud point improvement). (1) stainless steel plate filter. (1) semi-automatic process control system.
